The main rule for yoga clothing is comfort. You should prefer loose clothing for your body to move comfortably in a material that will allow complete freedom of movement. A T-shirt and comfortable pants are the best choice. White is a nice color for practicing yoga because it represents light. You can choose colors that resonate with you. But beware and do not try to buy anything ‘special’ for yoga practice. Have fun and choose something that you feel good, but do not give much importance to your clothing and the release actually begins there.
